What a fun week leading up to Christmas! On Monday we had an afternoon of crafts, and the children made some lovely things, including Christmas trees, reindeer hats, wreaths, Santa hand prints, and more! We had our Golden Club event on Wednesday, for those pupils who have already got into the Golden Club. Thursday we had our Christmas church service, where the children did some lovely singing. This morning we had a brilliant pantomime performance of Peter Pan, thanks to the M&M pantomime group.
In between all the fun Christmas events, the children had their reading groups, wrote some lovely acrostic poems, and practised their adding, taking away, and 3D shapes. We did some yoga and played tig games and musical bumps for PE.
It’s been a fun and event-filled term. I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and New Year, and I will see you in 2018!
