Last week may have been a short week, but we managed to do quite a lot, from enjoying visitors to performing our assembly! Here are some comments from the children about what we got up to last week:
“We did some maths in our booklets adding up.” – Reiley
“The RZSS met with us and we played some challenges all about where animals live and what they eat and the type of houses that they live in.” – Hunfah. The RZSS is the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland.
“We did our assembly. My mummy came. Also, the RZSS showed us real beaver fur.” – Natalie
“We learned a song. It was Triceratops Rap.” – Summer
“Yesterday the RZSS came and we were learning about beavers. When they are in danger, they slap their tails against the water, like when there is a predator. A predator is an enemy trying to eat it. They also showed us around a bus and it was really fun because there was a lot of stuff to look at. My favourite was the big wild cat.” – Nicole
Below are some pictures of our visit with the RZSS.
