After our exciting message in a bottle from our pirate friend last week we decided to send our own messages back. There are lots of things we want to find out about pirates and we hope they can help.

we were also lucky to have Morna from the Royal Zoological Society visit us on Thursday to help us learn about Scottish Wildlife. We learned lots about beavers, where they live, what they look like – did you know their teeth are red?!

We also learned about how they make their dams, so Mrs McCann has sent us a challenge to work in teams to be like beavers and build dams next week. We have already collected lots of stones and sticks for this.
