Primary 2 Update

We’ve had another very busy week in Primary 2! Here are the children’s comments about what we did and what some of their favourite activities were.

“I enjoyed science. We learned about carnivores and herbivores and omnivores.” – Martin

“I enjoyed watching a clip about spinosaurus. It’s my favourite species of dinosaur.” – Nicole

“I liked the carousel of activities. My favourite was making a sums jigsaw.” – Summer

“I liked the bit when we did our topic, which is dinosaurs. We learned about how they died, how many years ago, which was 66 million years ago.” – Sebastian

“We got Stompy. He is a dinosaur teddy in our classroom, and he likes to stomp.” – Natalie

“We did PE. We did yoga when it was raining. In the hall, we did circuits. We did star jumps and we felt our pulse and we were jumping over the white lines and we were cycling with our legs and we were skipping.” – Hunfah

“We had Travelling by Tuba. They go around the world to do music. They played music for us. It was nice music. People got to have a shot trying out the instruments.” – Amber

“We were writing about what we would go back in time to see if we had a time machine. I was going back to see a spinosaurus, and I would ride on a triceratops.” – Lily

“We were with Mrs. Blair doing music. We were learning a song.” – Lauren

Have a lovely weekend!
