It’s been a very busy week in Primary 7/6!
Celebrating Success
We have been practising for our performance at the Celebrating Success assembly. This is on Tuesday 16th May at 11am. We hope to see some of our parents/carers if they can make it!
Literacy
P7 have started working on their transition novel ‘The Boy in the Dress’ and have contributed well to discussions around this.
Numeracy
We have all been learning about area this week. We feel confident in calculating area using the formula l x b and have been problem solving composite shapes.
Health and Wellbeing
We have been working on athletics and fitness in P.E. We displayed great skill in javelin and long jump. Next week we will look at hurdles.
Behaviour
Behaviour of some pupils is starting to slip! Let’s get this back on track – especially P7s looking to go to Blair Drummond as part of our end of term trip. Also, we appreciate some children require a concentration aid, however children who are distracting others and playing with these and not concentrating will have these taken of them.
Thanks
Miss Sutherland and P7/6
