Our P7s have had a great first day at camp. We all arrived eager to start our first activity but first we had to make up our beds. Some of us managed this well. Some of us found ourselves tangled up in duvet covers!

After sorting our dorms, we went to our first activities. We tried orienteering, bushcraft shelter building, team games and night line amongst others. We all tried our best at all the activities.

After 3 activities back to back we were ready for food! We had steak pie or BBQ chicken followed by ice cream. We then had some free time before our evening activity to relax in our rooms.

Tonight we took part in a campfire where we sang songs, told jokes and riddles and shared some scary stories. We also had some hot chocolate before heading to our rooms and getting ready to bed.

After such a great start we are all ready for sleep and eager to start tomorrow’s activities!
