It was certainly a show-stopping week for all of us in Primary 4/3 with both the P4 & 5 show “Och Aye the News” and our class assembly!
Our Primary 4s really enjoyed being part of the Scottish show “Och Aye the News” with the Primary 5s. The songs were so catchy that we’ll no doubt be singing them for a long time! We want to say a special thank you to Miss Thomson and Miss Dunn for organising the performance. Here are some photographs of us in action!
On Friday, we transformed ourselves into French couture models as we strutted our stuff down the catwalk! We all agree that showing off our fashion designs was the highlight of our assembly about our France topic with Mrs. Blair. A thank you to all of our parents/carers who helped us put so much effort into our costumes. Some of us even made our costumes from scratch! We may have some budding fashion designers/models in the making in P4/3.
It hasn’t been all drama and singing this week! In Maths with Mrs. Robertson we have started a new Maths topic. We have been learning about how to describe the positions on a grid. We look forward to building on our knowledge so far and we need to remember “along the corridor and up the stairs” to help us read our grids correctly.
