This week started off really exciting. We had a Taekwon-Do session which was really fun.

In numeracy we have done lots of exciting things.

“I liked doing doubling” – Deryn

“I liked doing my maths sums in my jotter because it was really challenging” – Cristian

“I liked doing doubles and near doubles because if I got stuck I could ask my friend” – Grace Sinclair

“I liked doing my x6 and x8 as it was really challenging” – Steven

“I thought the x8 was really hard but it got easier” – Sarah

“I thought the x6 and x8 was quite challenging but it got easier” – Jayden

“I liked doing the numeracy work for Mrs Shankland as I thought it was quite easy” – Jack

“I found numeracy quite easy” – Lewis

“I thought taking away was pretty hard” – Tia

 

In literacy we focused on using description and use of speech marks.

“I liked doing the adjectives list for other people. I liked seeing all the nice things people said about me” – Holly

“I liked getting to write down describing words for other people” – Jack

“I thought using speech marks in my writing was hard” – Sarah

“I thought writing a story and using speech marks was hard but it got easier” – Deryn

“I liked doing the wordle with our adjectives” – Jayden

“I liked putting speech marks into my story” – Cristian

“I liked using speech marks in my writing” – Grace Beckett

“I liked using speech marks because they were fun but a bit tricky” – Blanka

 

This week we also had a visit from the SSPCA.
