Delicious Designs!

We have been busy designing and creating our own brand of chocolate/sweets this week in P4/3. Our task was to design Mr Willy Wonka’s newest creation in the chocolate factory. We linked our designs with our learning in Maths with Mrs. Robertson about the nets of 3D shapes to create our packaging. Here are some of our delicious designs below!

Louie's Marshmallow Packaging! He used a tetrahedron.

The next steps in our learning is to work as part of a group to create a television advert for our chosen design. We will need to try hard to make our adverts catchy and make sure we sell our product well to our audience.

This week Amber was awarded our class Pupil of the Week because she is always kind to her classmates and she always offers to help out. Well done, Amber!

We have some exciting news of an upcoming event based on our ‘France’ topic with Mrs. Blair. We are going to host a fashion show (inspired by the Parisian’s love of all things fashion) on Friday 24th February. Further details to follow soon from Mrs. Blair!
