Last week we had such a busy week in Primary 7. We have been setting a good example to the younger children whilst sitting with them during Whole School times.
We learned some more about Poppy Scotland and the work that they do. We learned that poppies and poppy wreaths are made at the Lady Haig Factory and by veterans and wounded soldiers. We were also quite proud of some our class members who were representing the school at the Strathbrock service. We had lots of discussion around this and are excited about learning more during our World War Two topic during Term 3.
We have also been creating our items for the Christmas Fayre and are looking forward to people purchasing things off us on the 24th November.
We have practiced more of our Panto on the stage with the microphones. We have all had to pay extra attention to make sure we know when to enter and leave a scene. We are all extremely proud of the hard work everyone is doing.
Today letters have been handed out to all of the children to purchase tickets in the Pantomime. Please return these forms as quickly as possible.
