This is our last ever Friday in Primary 1 before we finish for the summer.

 

“I am sad because I want to stay in school” – Alan

“I do not want to leave my teachers” – Chloe

“I want to stay in P1 because it is lots of fun” – Arran B

“I do not want to leave P1 as I like it” – Adele

 

This week we have had lots of exciting things happening in our year group. On Monday we had our FUN DAY. We had Callum from Cool Creatures in and we loved his visit.

 

“I enjoyed seeing and holding the millipede” – Lucas

“I enjoyed when I held everything” – Tiana

“I liked holding all the creatures” – Cadence

“I loved holding the scorpion” – Robert

Some words that we would use to describe cool creatures are – lovely, awesome, cool, fab, scary, good, amazing, super and great.

 

After Cool Creatures we spent the rest of the day at the Range. We had choc ices and toasted marshmallows and even got to eat our lunch in the tent and the rain.

“I liked having lunch at the range and toasting marshmallows” – Chloe

“I liked going on the roundabout as it spins” – Teigan

 

The fun day was enjoyed by everyone and it was lovely to see everyone in P1 having such good fun.

 

Gordon and Arran M are very lucky to be bringing home some stick insects today.

“I get to put them in a big tank. I am excited” – Gordon

“I have my own tank and have 5 stick insects” – Arran M

 

 

This week Mrs Reid and Miss Dunn gave all the pupils a present as some will be on holiday next week. For those who are heading away have a super holiday.

 

This has been a great year with super pupils. Only 3 days until we finish for the summer holidays.
