The children made caterpillar kebabs on Thursday Morning with some children from the nursery.

 

We used a variety of fruit and vegetables to make our snack.

We decorated our kebabs using different sweets and treats.

Ingredients: strawberries, grapes, cucumber, banana, kiwi fruit, cherry tomatoes, white chocolate buttons, chocolate or caramel fondant icing, marshmallows and smarties.

What we did: We took a wooden bbq skewer and pushed the different fruit and a marshmallow onto our skewer. We then decorated our fruit and vegetables with our sweets. We used the fondant icing to stick on some eyes, legs and antennae made from our sweet treats.
