This week P2 have been learning about where food comes from. They’ve learned that the food we eat comes from plants or animals. They found out what food comes from different animals this week and next week will learn the different parts of plants that give us food. Remember when you’re eating your tea at home, think about if your food comes from a plant or an animal(or both!)

In Maths, we are continuing to learn about numbers to 100. Some children will continue to order numbers and say the number that comes before, after and inbetween. Other children will be counting in tens and units.

Continuing our Olympics theme for P.E. this week the children will be having a wee taster of Gymnastics and will be creating and performing a roll sequence. Please can you ensure your child has an indoor and outdoor P.E. Kit in school and appropriate shoes for both. Thanks.
