At East Calder Primary\u00a0 we are proud of our Silver\u00a0 Reading Schools Award.<\/p>\n

We love special events where we can enjoy books and reading, and that also give us\u00a0 the opportunity to have fun with others.<\/p>\n

On Friday to celebrate World Book Day we all enjoyed a BIG Cosy Read. It was great fun relaxing and listening to someone reading, or just having time to look at a book with a friend.<\/p>\n

There was a huge variety of super squishies, cushions and cuddly toys in each class as everyone snuggled up to share a story.<\/p>\n
