This week has been Maths Week Scotland.\u00a0 Primary 1 did lots of different maths activities inside and outside!\u00a0 We collected 10 items on a paper plate and when we brought them into the classroom, we sorted them into different groups and within the groups we sorted in size order.<\/p>\n

P1a used items they collected in the playground to make different shapes and looked for shapes in the playground.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We all took part in a number hunt, finding different numbers of items and showing this on a 10 frame.<\/p>\n

In Literacy we have completed the first set of phonics; s, a, t, i, p & n, and are now learning all about c\/k.<\/p>\n
