We have enjoyed learning new Maths and Numeracy skills in a variety of ways during Maths Week! Some of the activities we did are :<\/p>\n

Making 2d shapes using our geoboards and describing each shapes properties.<\/p>\n

Using 3d shapes to make a rocket.<\/p>\n

Making shapes using sticks in the woods.<\/p>\n

Counting each bubble as we pop them.<\/p>\n

Counting in 2’s, 5’s or 10’s as we pop each bubble.<\/p>\n

Using jigsaw puzzles and Smartboard games to learn about shape and numbers.<\/p>\n
