It\u2019s been another busy week in primary 1.\u00a0 This week and next we will learn two new sounds \u2018oa\u2019 and \u2018ng\u2019. The children have been writing the sounds and blending to read words containing the sound. We have been reading in small groups and writing sentences and small stories.\u00a0 Our targets are to start with a capital letter, use finger spaces and end with a full stop.\u00a0 We have been adding within 10 and learning about halves and quarters.\u00a0 We have also been learning about toys in the past.<\/p>\n
