This balance and control work grid has different tasks that will test and improve your ability to balance when you are standing and when you are moving. \u00a0By the end of this week, you should have completed at least one full stage from the grid so make sure you practise every day.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/eastcalderprimary\/files\/2020\/04\/Balancing-Grid-1.pdf\">Balancing Grid 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here are some things to remember when you are practising.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep your head up and look forward<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t rush<\/li>\n<li>Keep on trying, don\u2019t give up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Balance is important for all sports. Think about how balance is important for a sport that you like to play. You could draw a picture, make a poster, make a list or tell a family member why balance is important for that sport.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important to make sure that you are active every day.
