Fun Friday<\/span>!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I hope you all know how the systems work now: if not please look at some of the old \u201cDaily Plans\u201d or ask me on Teams.\u00a0<\/span>The use of Teams went really well last week, thank you. I have tidied up \u201cFiles\u201d a bit more and, I think, made it easier to use and find things. Please let me know if you have any issues with it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I want us to spend some time reflecting on the learning we have done in all areas of the curriculum in P5\/6. What have we done? Try to make a list in a word document with your name as part of the title (<\/span>eg<\/span>\u00a0“Joe H Learning in P56”) and up-load it into the new folder “Learning in P56”. Try\u00a0<\/span>to not focus<\/span>\u00a0on Maths and Literacy, but all the other areas.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Spelling activity: choose a list of Fry\u2019s words that is appropriate for yourself. Create a Word document with a table of 2 columns and 25 rows. Write your chosen 25 words in the first column. Using a dictionary, on-line or\u00a0<\/span>book,<\/span>\u00a0put a definition of the word in the second column next to it. I have created an example to support you if you are not sure how to do this. I have\u00a0<\/span>also\u00a0<\/span>created a dedicated folder in \u201cFiles\u201d for this work.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Please include your name as part of the file name to differentiate it from the others.\u00a0<\/span>Ethan is now an expert at<\/span>\u00a0\u201c<\/span>HotPotatoes<\/span>\u201d quizzes<\/span>\u00a0and has already made several. I am hoping that he can lead the learning and teach some of you how he did it. Topic \u2013<\/span>What about making a film?<\/span>\u00a0Do you have Windows Media Player on your computer? If not please try to download and install it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Is there any other way we could film it?<\/span>\u00a0Could we use telephones? What apps could we use?<\/span>\u00a0I have<\/span>\u00a0create<\/span>d<\/span>\u00a0a dedicated folder for this work in \u201cFiles\u201d<\/span>\u00a0as well<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Has ever<\/span>yone finished\u00a0<\/span>their<\/span>\u00a0work on\u00a0<\/span>money<\/span>\u00a0yet?\u00a0<\/span>If not, finish<\/span>\u00a0money first and then move onto measure.\u00a0<\/span>I think all 4 parts of\u00a0<\/span>TJay<\/span>\u00a02a Chapter 13 (<\/span>a<\/span>,b,c<\/span>\u00a0and d) are useful.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Most of you seem to be working your ways well through this. It<\/span>\u00a0will help support your work on decimals to\u00a0<\/span>3<\/span>\u00a0places.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
