Every school in West Lothian has a member of staff whose remit involves finding out about the latest developments in H and WB in Scotland, and beyond. We meet regularly and the group have other healthcare professionals who are part of the team for advice.<\/p>\n

They are keen that at this point in time our children, young people, parents and families have access to information to support all aspects of our Wellbeing.<\/p>\n

With this in mind, they have created a useful list of resources and websites which are detailed in the document below.<\/p>\n

There is information to help children when they are feeling:<\/p>\n

anxious<\/p>\n

restless<\/p>\n

angry or annoyed<\/p>\n

difficulty sleeping<\/p>\n

showing gratitude and kindness.<\/p>\n
