It is a game where you have to work out the unknown word. On Friday we solved the daily puzzle in just 4 tries! You might want to try : https:\/\/www.powerlanguage.co.uk\/wordle\/<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Numeracy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>This week was Patterns and Sequences focus week. We learnt about square numbers.<\/p>\n<p>Bailey &#8211; I liked making patterns using shapes for my partner to continue.<\/p>\n<p>In addition we also learnt more about rounding numbers.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>PE<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bella &#8211; I enjoyed hockey and learnt how to dribble and pass. Now I need to get better at scoring.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Coding with Mrs Buntin<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Emily &#8211; It was fun using the Bee Bots.<\/p>\n<p>Bailey &#8211; I enjoyed coding and learnt how to make my own game.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Topic<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cameron &#8211; I enjoyed finishing my PowerPoint as part of our WW2 topic. It was about the blitz.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bud!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>We had a visit from Poppy Scotland who brought a van called Bud. We even got to make our own poppies and learnt a lot!<\/p>\n<p>Alexis &#8211; I enjoyed learning about the death coin which was given when people passed away.<\/p>\n<p><b>The World War One Memorial Plaque<\/b> was made from Bronze and hence it was popularly known as the \u201cDead Man&#8217;s Penny\u201d among front-line troops, also becoming widely known as, the \u201cDeath Penny\u201d, \u201cDeath Plaque\u201d or \u201cWidow&#8217;s Penny\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Smart Starts &#8211; This week we have been playing Wordle every day.
