What a fantastic week we had!<\/p>\n
We learnt to many things about recount writing by working together.\u00a0 Our teacher gave us text samples of each feature of the text and we had to work as group to classify them into Title, Orientation, Sequence of Events and Personal comment.<\/p>\n
We also assessed and our own as well as our peer’s recount writing.\u00a0 We are getting better at giving feedback based on our success criteria.<\/p>\n

For Numeracy, we learnt to use partition strategy for addition.\u00a0 We also identified the value of digits within a number.\u00a0 We are up to the Thousands now.\u00a0 \u00a0For Maths, we created 2D shapes using popsicle sticks.\u00a0 We named the shapes and talked about it’s properties.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
