standard.\u00a0 To do this, Mrs Laing\u2019s role as Early Years Officer involves leading the improvement of Literacy.\u00a0 This will include ensuring we have a literacy rich environment, working with children in small groups throughout the week to improve listening skills and increase vocabulary through play and stories.\u00a0 Participation in small groups will be encouraged and children
