It must encourage the child\u2019s respect<\/em><br \/>\n<em>for human rights, as well as respect<\/em><br \/>\n<em>for their parents, their own and other<\/em><br \/>\n<em>cultures, and the environment.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Article 31 (leisure, play and culture)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Every child has the right to relax, play and<\/em><br \/>\n<em>take part in a wide range of cultural and<\/em><br \/>\n<em>artistic activities.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Article 23 (children with a disability)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>A child with a disability has the right to live<\/em><br \/>\n<em>a full and decent life with dignity and, as far<\/em><br \/>\n<em>as possible, independence and to play an<\/em><br \/>\n<em>active part in the community.
