This week we are learning to…
use number bonds from 1 to 10 and 1 to 100. We have been learning to write a Thank You letter to someone for a Christmas present. In PE we have been playing football maths and traffic light tig. In spelling we are learning about words that start with ‘j’ and words with ‘a’ in them.
New Year Resolutions
Are you excited to be back at school? Does anyone have a new year resolution?
Max is going to go outside to play more.
Ema is going to try and eat less chocolate.
Saul is going to try to do maths every night.
Charlie is going to try to cycle over the Forth Road Bridge and back every weekend.
Rhea is going to try to get better at table tennis on the Wii.
Olivia is going to take her new proper bike out and ride it.
James is going to try to exercise more.
Shaun is going to try to take his three-wheeler outside and play with it more.
Owen is going to cycle across the Forth Road Bridge and back.
Cameron is not going to play video games so much but instead is going to go outside on his new bike.
Ellis is going to remember her cat.
Laura is going to go on her Wii more often.
Ellen is going to try to play instruments like the guitar and piano this year.
Kirsty is going to try to train her puppy.
Regan is going to keep setting new records on his video game.
Meischa is going to try to stop playing her psp so much and instead go outside and enjoy nature.
Jay and his family are going to go out more often to get fit.
Jack is going to start going out jogging.
Ryan is going to try out his boomerang.
Owen is going to play more games on his Wii.
Leo is going to start tidying his room more often.
Lil is going to start eating fruit.
Mrs BP is going to try to eat less chocolate, and eat more fruit and vegetables instead.
