Ryan’s design for a Show Racism the Red Card poster was awarded first prize today at an exciting award ceremony at Hampden Park, Glasgow. His mum and dad were at the event, along with P3/4/5 class. He was given two signed footballs and a £200 cheque to spend on resources for the school. Well done Ryan!! What an amazing achievement!

P3/4/5 enjoyed a wonderful trip to Cairnapple yesterday. They were learning all about the phases of Cairnpapple, thanks to a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic archeologist called Katie. They also flew a kite with a camera attached, in order to capture images of Cairnpapple from above. The results are amazing! Thanks too to Mrs Martin-Law who helped pupils draw the amazing landscape that surrounds the site.

P3 pupils took part in a bench ball festival at  Linlithgow Primary. Lots of fun was had by all and our pupils showed great skill and sportsmanship throughout the afternoon. Well done one and all!

Having researched what the Edinburgh Fringe was all about, we designed our own posters and have entered them into the Schools Poster Design competition. Fingers crossed! They look cool enough to win!!
