Lockerbie Manor – Day 4

So, our last full day of activities has come to an end. It’s been dry for most of the day with a couple of showers and even a few hints of sunshine! A slightly later breakfast meant an extra 15 minutes in bed this morning but we were up and raring to go to our first activities at 9. We have been zip-wiring, getting incredibly muddy on the obstacle course, testing our aim at archery and overcoming our fears of heights at the abseiling wall. And now it’s all over we’re gathered in the common area before bed. Two more activities tomorrow morning before leaving Lockerbie Manor at 1:30. We’ve had an absolute ball but we’re all looking forward to coming home and seeing everyone!

Goodnight!

Lockerbie Manor – Day 1

We arrived safely here at Lockerbie Manor at 1:30 after a quick stop at Abington. The pupils and staff were given a quick tour of the amazing house and grounds before starting our first activities at half 3. We have been climbing, abseiling, rifle shooting and completing a blind trail! Lots more to come with a full day of 4 activities tomorrow. The children are off to bed and settled now, ready for rise and shine at 7:30 and a Scottish breakfast. We’ve just managed to get the Wi-Fi up and running so have a look at some action shots from today. Hope you’ve all had a nice Monday back in Torphichen!
