This week we have been looking at life cycle’s of different vertebrates and invertebrates in IDL. For example a preying mantis is an invertebrate because it does not have a spine. Other groups created lifecycle wall displays on sloths, spiders, birds, frogs, crabs, fish and snakes. We have been using money in maths, as well as learning division strategies. We also started our enterprise topic for the christmas fair thinking about what materials we will need and what a quality product looks like.

Wellie Onesie Walk (W.O.W.)
It has been a week since our W.O.W. and we have all of the sponsor money in and counted. A grand total of £620.35 was raised by the children for school funds.
Thank you to everyone who sponsored our pupils for their walk and who came out to support them on the day. We were mightily impressed with some of the onesies worn by our parents!!
