Day 2 started off with a dusting of snow. After having our (full Scottish) breakfast, we started our activities. From Scavenging to Manor Olympics, we were in full swing by lunchtime. The sun came out for us in the afternoon and we finished our day with a birthday celebration. Everyone was glad to get to bed after such a fun day. Roll on tomorrow!
Thanks again everyone for the comments and best wishes! We’re having a ball. Primary 1/2 here are the answers to your questions…
1. We ate scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, tattie scones, beans, tomatoes and toast.
2. On the blind trail we worked in pairs to lead each other round various obstacles. It was very muddy!
3. It took people around 3/4 minutes to climb to the top of the wall. Some people decided not to go all the way up.
4. We were great at fencing and really enjoyed it! EN GARDE!
5. Everyone is very tired at the end of the day, including the teachers.
The fencing looks like great fun! And lots of muddy clothes – sign of a good time!! Looking forward to seeing what antics you all get up to tomorrow!

Glad to see everyone is looking muddy and having fun, would have been really disappointed if Aimee came home with a pile of clean clothes….. it would have meant that I would have hardly any washing to do this weekend……. 🙂 have fun guys.
