Beadazzled Update

A big thank you to everyone who has commented on our products.  We have had lots of people telling us that they think our prices are too cheap for such lovely items!  Now that we have samples made, we conducted further market research in P3-7 and also asked the staff.  The results indicate that the most popular price is £1.50 therefore this will now be the new price of all our products.

Thanks again for all your kind comments and feedback.  We hope to see you all at our stall on the 22nd November!

Beadazzled!

Our Company Logo

We are a company set up by P7, selling beads that dazzle!

We sell bracelets, mobile phone charms and earrings, all made with beads and all priced fairly at £1 each.

Come to Stoneyburn Primary School on the 22nd November 2011 at 6pm to be dazzled by our products!

You won’t get these anywhere else so snap up a bargain before they’re gone!

Christmas Enterprise

P7 have now set up our Christmas Enterprise company.  Last week they all applied for the position they felt they were best suited to, got their job offer letters and began working within their departments.  The Finance team wrote a business plan to help us get a start up loan from the school.  The advertising team designed a company logo and a poster and are currently thinking up another way to advertise our company, so more details will follow soon.

Here’s some photos of us working collaboratively.

Purim Raps

We created our own raps about the Jewish festival of Purim.  They had to explain the main points of the Esther story as well as details of some of the ways Jewish people celebrate Purim.  We hope you enjoy listening to them as much as we enjoyed creating them!

Purim Rap – Jack, Cole & Sam

Glow Meet: Early Years Story Room

This Friday (16th September) will see Jack and Tylia take to the airwaves in the Early Years Story Room.  They will read the story, ‘Don’t Eat The Teacher’ by Nick Ward live on Glow via a webcam which will allow all the schools and nurseries in West Lothian to listen and watch them!

This is an exciting opportunity so we providing the option for all the classes in our own school to watch it live too!  (No pressure Jack and Tylia!!)

Anyone who cannot join us live will be able to watch it later at a time that suits them as a video of it will be archived in the Early Years Story Room.

Good luck Jack and Tylia!
