{"id":4742,"date":"2014-10-14T21:47:19","date_gmt":"2014-10-14T21:47:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/StNicholasPrimarySchool\/?p=4742"},"modified":"2014-10-14T21:47:19","modified_gmt":"2014-10-14T21:47:19","slug":"who-dunnit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/StNicholasPrimarySchool\/2014\/10\/14\/who-dunnit\/","title":{"rendered":"Who Dunnit?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Article 12<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>We should feel safe and protected at all times<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There was shock, horror and sheer disappointment in Primary 6 when they discovered that their classroom museum had been broken into, but with the help of PC Manning we would get to the bottom of it.<\/p>\n\n<p>The forensic team arrived at the crime scene and all evidence was bagged up, fingerprints were taken and clues investigated further.<\/p>\n<p>Suspects would have to be interviewed&#8230; \u00a0in came Miss Toner, Miss Irvine, Miss King and Mrs Deas for their interrogation! \u00a0Nerves were evident &#8211; hands were sweating, \u00a0voices were shaky and excuses were plenty. \u00a0We would have to look to CCTV to confirm a few issues.<\/p>\n<p>After a very long morning, the culprit was found &#8211; MISS KING!!! \u00a0She was duly read her rights, handcuffed and escorted out of the classroom, leaving tearful and angry children and staff behind her.<\/p>\n<p>Thankfully, it was all a staged, real life venture involving lots of learning. \u00a0Not only did we experience how we would feel if this really did happen to us, but we also learned about the process taken by the police when they arrive on a crime scene, forensics and the law. \u00a0A huge thanks to all our fantastic actors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Article 12 We should feel safe and protected at all times There was shock, horror and sheer disappointment in Primary 6 when they discovered that their classroom museum had been broken into, but with the help of PC Manning we would get to the bottom of it.
