We are so proud of you all for all your hard work during this time. Keep reading to find out about some of the things we have been learning.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In our Egyptian topic we have learning about mummification.\u00a0 We have learned about how the Egyptians completed this task.\u00a0 We even tried to mummify a piece of fruit.\u00a0 It was fun!<\/li>\n<li>In mathematics we have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes.\u00a0 We have been looking at the properties of the shapes and finding the edges, vertices, corners and faces on shapes.\u00a0 We have played lots of different games about shapes this week. Even a sumdog challenge.<\/li>\n<li>In RE we have been looking at stories of how Jesus healed the sick and why this is important.<\/li>\n<li>In literacy we have been spotting the silly word in a passage about elephants. Then finding words we thought would make more sense.<\/li>\n<li>We have also been drawing an image of a character called &#8216;Badjelly the witch&#8217;. We had to read the description then draw what we thought the character would look like<\/li>\n<li>In Art, we looked at a still life picture and thought about what we liked\/disliked. Then we tried to draw our own still life picture.<\/li>\n<li>In Science, we have been learning about the skeleton and even tried to make our own from twigs and stones.<\/li>\n<li>We also\u00a0 looked at a story about &#8216;Oor Wullie&#8217; in Scots and answered questions about\u00a0 it.<\/li>\n<li>We also looked at how things are made from different materials and when we recycle we need to split our rubbish into different bins.\u00a0 We tried to help at home this week.\u00a0 This will make us very responsible citizens by recycling correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are some of the lovely
