Today we visited Edinburgh Castle as we have learnt lots about it and wanted to see what it was like for ourselves.<\/p>\n

What did we see \u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What did we learn ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Flynn – The prison <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tavia – The prisoners had hammocks to sleep in .<\/p>\n

(Great word Tavia!).<\/p>\n

Fynn – The Crown Jewels <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Santiago – They were shiny and you weren’t allowed to touch them.<\/p>\n

Haroon – They were in a glass box.<\/p>\n

Kyle – The Great Hall<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lara – Kings and Queens used to have parties here.<\/p>\n

Cole – Saint Margaret’s Chapel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Michael \u00a0– Queen Margaret used to pray here.<\/p>\n

Zofia – It was very little.<\/p>\n

Thomas – Cannons\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Niamh – The cannons were big.<\/p>\n

Grady – The One O’clock Gun<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lucas – It made a big bang and there was smoke.<\/p>\n

Today has been:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Leon – Super !<\/p>\n

Cole – Brilliant !<\/p>\n

Wiktoria – Good !<\/p>\n

Niamh \u00a0– Great !<\/p>\n

Anya – Fun !<\/p>\n

Thomas – Exciting !<\/p>\n

We had the best day ! A big thank you to Luca’s mummy and Thomas’ mummy for coming along today to help us.<\/p>\n
