Now that we have finished learning about dinosaurs, we are very excited to find out what we&#8217;re going to be learning about this term.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are beginning to learn about the sun, moon and stars, and night time animals (very big topic!).<\/p>\n<p>We already know quite a lot about this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Flynn \u2013 I know that the moon is in space and astronauts can go on it.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Shay \u2013 the stars are shiny.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Lara \u2013 The stars twinkle.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Gabrielle \u2013 Stars are actually out at day time.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Kyle \u2013 the sun shines in the morning.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Gabriel \u2013 The sun makes you hot.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Thomas \u2013 The moon is far away from the sun.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Liam \u2013 The moon changes different shapes, it can be a circle or a mouse shapes .<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Racaab \u2013 The stars have spikes on them.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Freyja \u2013 The stars are always in the sky but when it\u2019s morning the sun is too bright for you to see the stars.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Niamh \u2013 The sun is bright in the mornings.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Niamh the sun comes out in the day.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Lucas T \u2013 the sun goes down in the night time.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Safaa \u2013 the stars come out at night.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are some of the things we want to learn about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Has anyone ever been on the moon?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Oliver \u2013 is the sun a star?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Catherine \u2013 how does the moon turn into different shapes?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Lara \u2013 what kind of colours the moon can change to?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Zophia \u2013 why does the sun only come in the day?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Flynn \u2013 why is the sun so bright?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Liam \u2013 I want to see what the earth looks like from space?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Gabrielle \u2013 why does the sun begin with S?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are very excited to begin finding out lots of new things, and we will keep you updated with our fab work.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, primary 1 had a chat about their brand new topic.
