For today’s ‘Wednesday’s World’ we learnt all about hedgehogs. Mrs Macdonald has one living in her garden. \u00a0She is going to see if she can take a picture of it.<\/p>\n

What did we learn ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Catherine – They curl into a ball because they get scared.<\/em><\/p>\n

Thomas – A baby hedgehog is called a hoglet.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ollie – They like to use leaves to keep warm.<\/em><\/p>\n

Grady – They like to eat berries.<\/em><\/p>\n

Lucas C – They like to eat worms.<\/em><\/p>\n

Tavia – Hedgehogs hibernate in Winter. \u00a0Hibernate means you go for a long sleep.<\/em><\/p>\n
