The council has a wide-ranging campaign underway to provide advice for those residents (and businesses) who require support with the rising cost of living.<\/i><\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
Called\u00a0<\/span>Help With Costs,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the campaign has sought to pull together advice and information on a number of key areas. These areas can be broken down into\u00a0<\/span>energy<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>(business and residential),\u00a0<\/span>benefits\/financial support<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>and help with\u00a0<\/span>school costs<\/b>. Work to target key audience groups has already begun and officers from several services have helped develop the content.<\/i><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n A leaflet and business card have been created and are both available within public reception areas (Libraries, Partnership Centres, Civic Centre). We also provided a QR code to scan in\u00a0<\/span>Bulletin<\/span>, which householders are encouraged to keep and check regularly.<\/i><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n However, given the ever-changing landscape, our main focus is to direct customers to the online Information Hub.
