Mrs Purdie

Welcome to St John the Baptist Primary School and Fauldhouse Nursery Class!

A Message From Mrs Purdie

After a lively summer break all pupils have settled well into the new school session especially the Primary One pupils. The Primary Seven buddies have taken on their roles exceptionally well and are a credit to the school. We welcome Miss Timmins to our school community and wish her a successful year in Primary One. Friendship week took place on Monday 26th – Friday 30th of August and it was lovely to see signs of positive behaviour throughout the school.

School Improvement Plan

Our two priorities this session are:

  1. To raise attainment in literacy
  2. To raise attainment in numeracy.

We are also working towards Stage Two of Rights Respecting Schools as well as our third Eco Flag

Head Boy & Head Girl

Congratulations to Calum and Dani who were elected by their class members to take on these roles.

Welcome Back Mass

Parent Council

The next meeting will take place in the school on Tuesday 24th Spetember at 6.30pm. New members will be most welcome.
