In your home or garden, work with someone you live with to practise describing and following directions.\u00a0 Put a few obstacles on the floor or ground, and direct them from one end of the room to another. You could make something the ‘treasure’ and place it in different places to direct them to!<\/p>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

Forward 3 steps…turn left ( quarter turn anticlockwise)….forward 4 steps……turn right (quarter turn clockwise)…forward 5 steps…TREASURE!<\/em><\/p>\n
