We have been learning all about subtraction!

We started thinking about subtraction words – backwards, back, down, less, take away, subtract… there are lots!

We even played games that helped us to understand subtraction and counting backwards, we are getting very good at it.

Now that we are reaching the end of our topic, I think we should try to remember all the things we found out about Katie Morag.

Woooo! We hadf lots of funny looking people dressed up for Halloween on dress down day.

Meet the Teacher was a great success. We had lots of visitors to our class and all the grown ups joined in with our games and activities.

Who can you spot?

Can’t wait to see you all again at Parents Consultations, Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd of November.

On Friday 28th September we invite parents and carers to visit their child’s class from 11.30am. You will get a chance to admire their beautiful work being displayed and have a go at some of our fun activities and our daily work. The children will give a tour of the class and be able to chat to you about some of the things they have been doing since coming back in August.

A mistake was made in the P2 Reading Records. It states tomorrow (Friday 14th Sep) is dress down day.

This is a mistake and Dress Down is still the last Friday of the month, so it will be on the 28th September.

Sorry for the confusion!
