Parents\u2019 Guide for Booking Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please fill out all the details on the page. A confirmation of your appointments will be emailed to you and we may use the phone number to contact you.<\/p>\n

Please use your child\u2019s \u201cpreferred\u201d forename that matches our records (no abbreviations).<\/p>\n

Date of birth \u2013 eg: 26\/11\/2005<\/p>\n

<\/td>\nStep 2: Select Parents\u2019 Evening<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click the green tick to select the parents\u2019 evening you want to make appointments for.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/td>\nStep 3: Choose Teachers<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your child\u2019s teachers will appear. Ensure the teachers you wish to see are selected in green. If you do not wish to see a teacher, click on their name to de-select them. If you have another child to book into this parents\u2019 evening, press the \u201cAdd another child\u201d button, enter their details and then repeat this step.<\/p>\n

Click on the Continue button to proceed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/td>\nStep 4: Book Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Click \u2018Book\u2019 to make your appointment with the teacher for the time you wish. Optionally enter a short note to the teacher to help structure the appointment. Repeat this for all the teachers you wish to see.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After you have finished making appointments, click on \u201cclick here\u201d in the yellow box at the top of the page to send the confirmation email.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/td>\nStep 5: Finished <\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointments. Please print this out and bring with you to the parents\u2019 evening. To send the school feedback about this system, click on \u201cSend Feedback\u201d.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/td>\nViewing\/Editing\/Printing Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You can also view and print your appointments online by clicking the \u201cAppointments\u201d tab. Please bring a print out of your appointment times to the parents\u2019 evening.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You can change your appointments by clicking on \u201cAdd\/Edit\/Delete Appointments\u201d. There is a link at the bottom of the confirmation email which logs you back into the system.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
