P.E. Learning at Home

Good Morning Everyone!  Hope you are all well.

This week we will be hosting our first Virtual At-home Sports Day.  I hope you have all received your email instructions.  If not, I’ve attached them below for you to have a look at.  We are hoping to host our Sports Day on Wednesday 13th May.  Please feel free to take part any day this week if it suits your family’s circumstances better.  All results should be emailed to:  by 12pm on Friday 15th May.

Activity Instructions – Virtual Sports Day

Student activity record sheet

***Please note there has been a mistake noticed in the instruction booklet.  The Wall Throw is for 30 seconds as per the score card, not the minute the instruction booklet states.  I have changed this in the above handout. ***

Other P.E. activities:

This grid has lots of ways that you can stay active and do P.E. from home.  The first page has ideas that oculd be done independently, in pairs or as a family.  There are lots of links on the second page to digital stimuli to guide your activities.

Keeping Healthy Grid
