They have been using a mat in the garden to practice their gymnastics skills, doing forward rolls, stretches, the splits and backwards rolls. The children had fun creating a road with chalks where they rode their bikes on. We have also been busy using problem solving and team working skills whilst building dens together in the garden which is a great way to gain further social skills.<\/p>\n<p>We have been taking the time to continue to take trips over to the school playground where we have been playing a variety of games including bowling which further enhances co ordination and problem solving skills.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inveralmond Early Years Centre This week the children at Inveralmond have been busy using and gaining control of their physical, gross motor development.
