Building the Ambition is the latest Scottish Government National Practice Guidance for staff in Early Learning and Childcare.

It builds upon Pre-Birth to Three and Curriculum for Excellence and gives detailed, practical guidance on the experiences and interactions necessary to create caring and nurturing settings that allow wellbeing, communication, curiosity, inquiry and creativity to flourish. Staff have received some authority training on this with more to follow, and are currently working to ensure we are following these guidelines.
