West Lothian Council is committed to keeping you up-to-date with information on service delivery and new developments.

Three new online services were recently introduced that you may be interested in: 

• A new bulletin provides regular news straight to your email inbox. 
•  A new alert Service provides an update when there is serious service disruptions. Please note this service does not replace the school Group Call text alert which remains the way that schools will contact parents/carers in an emergency. 
• Customers using phones, pads, and bipod Touch can download a free App from the App Store.
