Please note the following information received from West Lothian Council child protection office.<\/p>\n

Advice regarding use of Live.ly and Musical.ly streaming apps<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n

Following on from a number of incidents involving children from across the UK, we would like to raise awareness of the above apps and share the following information with parents:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The terms and conditions state all users must be at least 13 years of age<\/b>.<\/div>\n
2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Users may be exposed to adult content such as swearing, graphic content and pornography.<\/div>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Live streaming is not fully private even when privacy settings are set to on.<\/div>\n
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Users are able to search for other users close to their location.<\/div>\n
