Can you say that? Have a look outside the window and see if you can describe the weather in French. Here are some helpful phrases:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quel temps fait-il?\u00a0 <\/strong>(<em>What is the weather like?) <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il fait beau <\/strong>(It is nice)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il fait froid <\/strong>(it is cold)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il fait gris <\/strong>(it is grey)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il fait chaud<\/strong> (it is hot)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il pleut <\/strong>(it\u2019s raining)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il neige <\/strong>(it\u2019s snowing)<\/p>\n<p>If you want a reminder of how to say some of these words and some alternative phrases, this video will help<\/p>\n<div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tlE6tBiSHvc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>There are a lot more phrases in this video than we would normally teach, but it is helpful to listen to French being spoken to understand pronunciation.
