we have made portraits of important people like jamesII,we also made clans and made daggers!

I am really enjoying our class topic The Jacobites.We have made family trees,picked clans for each table,made daggers and drew picures of James I, Charles I,Charles II, James II, William of Orange, Mary and Anne.

In class we have been doing the Jacobites. I have learned lots of facts about them and learned about the Stuart family tree. Most people think it was Scotland vs England but it wasn’t it was supporters of Mary and William of Orange vs supporters of James II/VII!!! The first battle was The Battle of Killiecrankie!I can’t wait to find out more about the Jacobites!

We have also been looking at clans. We made our own clans and wrote poems in groups! People have also been making allies and enemies for fun! Our allies are the Maclean Clan and the Macfie Clan!
