Dear all parents and carers,

Welcome back to the second half of term. We are now back at school until the easter holiday, and are looking forward to learning lots of new things before then.

Just a few reminders…

1) Can everyone please make sure that they are putting the child/ren’s gym rubbers back into their gym bag at the end of the session. The nursery staff would all be very grateful.

2) There is a Nursery coffee morning/afternoon next Wednesday. Please see the nursery noticeboard, or indeed my previous post for times etc (https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/wl/BlackridgeNurseryClass/2015/01/28/coffee-morning-invite/)

3) Parents evening is the 25th March.

As you all may well have noticed, the snow is here to stay, for just now anyway!

As is the nature of nursery, we make the most of the types of weather we have. On Friday, the AM nursery took the opportunity to wear our new Nursery Weather Suits, and go out to play in the snow. We were joined by Keren’s mummy who helped us make fun colours in our ‘Snow Castles’ with food colouring.

Just a reminder that the nursery do go out to play in ALL WEATHERS, as long as it is safe to do so. Please send your children with the appropriate clothing for all weathers, and check their yellow and blue bags have seasonally appropriate contents! Thank you!
