Enjoy the rest of your learning tasks this morning and have a fabby\u00a0 weekend!<\/p>\n<p>Today I thought we could try a very simple experiment which shows the importance of using soap when washing your hands! As we all know it is very important to wash our hands properly, especially just now.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Items you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plate<\/li>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<li>Washing up liquid<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour the water on to the plate.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the water to settle then sprinkle some pepper onto it.<\/li>\n<li>Put a finger into the water and see how the pepper sticks to your finger.<\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands and put a little washing up liquid on your finger then put your finger back into the water and watch the pepper move away to the side of the plate quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Cool isn&#8217;t it!<div style=\"width: 474px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-6337-1\" width=\"474\" height=\"266\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/BlackburnPrimary\/uploads\/sites\/1308\/2020\/05\/07181136\/Science-Video-2.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/BlackburnPrimary\/uploads\/sites\/1308\/2020\/05\/07181136\/Science-Video-2.mp4\">https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/BlackburnPrimary\/uploads\/sites\/1308\/2020\/05\/07181136\/Science-Video-2.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is my daughter having a go!
