\/>\n<strong> Skill level: <\/strong>So easy a 3 year old could do it (with a little adult supervision)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>self-raising flour \u2013 75g<\/li>\n<li>caster sugar \u2013 100g<\/li>\n<li>butter\/margarine\u2013 softened \u2013 100g<\/li>\n<li>half an egg \u2013 beaten<\/li>\n<li>vanilla essence \u2013 1tsp<\/li>\n<li>cornflakes \u2013 crushed \u2013 a few handfuls<\/li>\n<li>salt \u2013 pinch<\/li>\n<li>Pre-heat your oven to 180c\/gas mark 5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Find a large bowl, add the sugar and softened butter and cream together with a wooden spoon.<\/p>\n<p>Add the half egg and vanilla essence and mix together.<\/p>\n<p>Sift in the flour along with a pinch of salt and mix everything together (use your hands) until it forms a firm ball of dough.<\/p>\n<p>Crush up some cornflakes and scatter onto a plate.<\/p>\n<p>Take a teaspoon of the biscuit mixture and roll into a ball<\/p>\n<p>Roll in the crushed cornflakes until thoroughly coated.<\/p>\n<p>Place on a greased baking sheet and slightly flatten to more of a disc shape.<\/p>\n<p>Continue this process until you have used up the dough.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in the oven for
